Steps:
* Buy a #1100 worth of airtime and recharge into your Etisalat line (sim card).
* Once the recharge is done, dial *499*3# to subscribe to Etisalat Complete BIS (Monthly plan of 30day) which is capped at 3070Mb. You will be charged 1000naira for this.
* Wait for a confirmation message that you have been subscribed, then dial *599*3*2# to subscribe to Etisalat Mid Plan with unlimited BBM capped at 15MB for 100naira.
* Now check your data balance by dialing *228#.
* After that, put the simcard into your modem and enjoy browsing on your PC. You can also use on blackberry and other phones.

1.] Download and install OpenVPN from http://openvpn.net/
index.php/open-source/downloads.html (OpenVPN 2.2.2)
2.] Extract the "tweakwarevpn.ovpn" to C:\Program Files
\OpenVPN\config OR C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\config
depending on OpenVPN your installation directory.
3.] Locate OpenVPN on your Desktop and launch it (run as
administrator for Windows {Vista ,7 ,8}.

Address = 127.0.0.1 Port = 9201 . Then click OK to finish.
5.] Launch FilterProxy Lite and allow it to start up, then connect
your modem to etisalat using APN: etisalat. Now on the OpenVPN
tray icon again ,right click and click on connect, enter your
Tweakware VPN's username and password and click OK. and
wait for it to connect. Once connected, set you internet
applications to no proxy and start browsing the internet.
